MangoOTP Payment and Top-up Policy
Last updated: 2026-08-21
1. Supported methods
Only payment assets, networks and channels actually displayed on the top-up page are supported. The platform does not currently accept bank cards, PayPal, Stripe or fiat payment unless such a method is expressly displayed when you create the top-up order.
Displayed payment amount and account credit are different concepts. Do not assume an undisclosed exchange rate, currency or unit; follow the order snapshot shown before payment.
2. Payment instructions
- Pay only an active top-up order and verify the asset, network, destination and exact amount.
- Do not reuse an expired address or amount for another order.
- Wrong networks, unsupported assets, underpayment, overpayment or late payment may require review and may not be recoverable.
- Network and third-party fees are normally paid by the sender and are not added to service balance.
3. Confirmation and balance
A top-up is credited only after the required payment confirmation and matching checks. Pending display does not itself prove that funds were received.
Service balance can be used only for platform services, cannot be withdrawn, cannot be transferred to another user and does not earn interest. A confirmed deposit credit is not automatically reversible.
4. Billing disputes
Submit payment proof, timestamp, order or deposit identifier, transaction hash or payment reference, and the email used for the MangoOTP account. If you paid through an exchange or hosted account, also provide the account email or other information needed to identify that payment. Never send a password, private key, recovery phrase or complete API key.
Arrival, refund and dispute decisions are reviewed using relevant payment-institution or channel records, platform logs and necessary partner evidence. The outcome may be affected by the actual payment-channel rules, applicable regulatory requirements and the Refund Policy. Card-network rules apply only if the platform actually offers a method governed by them.
5. Risk, reversals and changes
The platform may hold or reject a top-up when payment ownership, amount or security evidence is unclear. A dispute, chargeback request or support review does not guarantee reversal or refund. Supported methods and limits may change; the active top-up page controls before you pay.
