MangoOTP Usage Rules

1. Scope

These Rules govern use of the MangoOTP platform, including temporary/shared virtual-number activation, number rental, account balance, deposits and related support. Using the platform means that you accept these Rules.

2. User eligibility

We regret that the service is not available to residents of China, the United States or Russia. By accepting these Rules, you confirm that you are not a citizen or permanent resident of China, the United States or Russia and will not attempt to access the service from those territories.

Registration or use in breach of this eligibility rule may result in immediate account restriction or blocking without separate notice. The MangoOTP platform may use registration information, login location and necessary security evidence to check compliance and take proportionate enforcement measures. Technical IP blocking is applied only to IP addresses reliably identified as mainland China; United States and Russia IP addresses are not automatically blocked.

3. Prohibited use

• Fraud, phishing, identity theft, unauthorized access or bypassing another person's security or two-factor authentication.
• Mass creation of fake accounts, spam, harassment, credential stuffing or evasion of a third-party platform's anti-abuse controls.
• Money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion or any activity prohibited by applicable laws, regulations or third-party terms.
• Resale, automation or interference that harms the platform, other users or service availability.

4. Service use and availability

Numbers may be temporary, shared or reassigned. Use them only for lawful, authorized purposes and do not use them for long-term identity, recovery or storage of sensitive information.

Service, country, price and stock availability may change. A third-party application may reject a number, and no particular number, message or uninterrupted result is guaranteed.

5. Account and credential security

Keep passwords, access tokens and API keys confidential. You are responsible for activity accepted through your credentials and must promptly revoke a credential you believe has been exposed.

An account with no effective activity for 365 consecutive days is terminally deleted and cannot be restored. Remaining balance is not restored. Balance may not be transferred to another user; transferring your own eligible released commission to your own service balance is not a transfer between users.

6. Orders and cancellation

A refund is credited to service balance when cancellation is confirmed, or when the default fifteen-minute waiting period has ended and the platform confirms that no SMS was received and the number was released. If the external result is unclear, verification continues and no immediate refund is promised.

Abuse of cancellation, timeout or refund rules may result in order limits, account restrictions or termination.

7. Enforcement and changes

The MangoOTP platform may reject an operation, preserve evidence, restrict or terminate an account, and cooperate with competent authorities when reasonably necessary for security or compliance. Account termination does not create a right to cash, blockchain or another-user transfer.

We may update these Rules. The published version and date identify the current rules for the service.
