MangoOTP Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By registering, depositing or using a service, you agree to these Terms, the Usage Rules, Privacy Policy, Payment and Top-up Policy, Refund Policy and Cookie Policy. You must be at least 18 or the applicable age of majority.

2. Service nature

The MangoOTP platform provides technical access to shared, temporary, one-time or time-limited virtual-number resources. It does not own or operate third-party applications and does not guarantee SMS delivery, acceptance of a number, stock or uninterrupted availability.

3. Account

Provide accurate registration information, keep credentials secure and use only your own account. The eligibility and region representations in the Usage Rules form part of these Terms.

After 365 consecutive days without effective activity, the account is terminally deleted, access is revoked and remaining balance is not restored. Necessary transaction, ledger, security, consent and audit records remain retained.

4. Payment and balance

Use only the payment asset, network, address and exact amount shown on an active top-up order. Supported methods are only those currently displayed on the top-up page. Blockchain transfers are generally irreversible.

Service balance is for platform services, has no cash value, cannot be withdrawn and cannot be transferred to another user. Only eligible released commission may be withdrawn under the displayed process and limits.

5. Orders and refunds

Prices and stock are current estimates and are checked again when an order is created. Cancellation and refunds are governed by the Refund Policy. An unclear external result may remain under verification with funds reserved until a definite outcome exists.

6. Availability and liability

The service is provided as available. To the maximum extent allowed by applicable requirements, the MangoOTP platform is not responsible for a third-party application's refusal, restriction or ban, or for indirect or consequential loss. Any mandatory user rights that apply remain effective.

7. Termination, disputes and changes

We may restrict or terminate service for breach, abuse, security risk or applicable requirements. Contact support first with sufficient evidence for review. We may update these Terms and identify the current text by its published version and date.
